They know about the grain in the woods and which type of wood is best for your floors, cabinets, banisters, rails, trim and doors.  They also know about the structural elements of your home, the rebar in the concrete, the grade required for the storm drainage and the 1,001 other items that enter into the construction of your new custom home.  If the materials and workmanship don't meet the highest standards and specifications that have been established for their homes, then it does not become part of your home.
