The building lot may determine how your home should be designed, and an on-site meeting can be done with you and possibly your architect to begin the process.  The house may need to be shifted on the lot to take advantage of the morning sunshine coming through your breakfast window, a deck expanded to take advantage of the view over the Lake, or the grading plan revised to take advantage of additional windows in your lower level.

Their years of experiences can help Jim and Tom show you how additional touches can be built into your home be designing multi-levels, lofts, higher ceilings, or different types of exterior materials such as stone, stucco, brick or all-weather siding.

An interior decorator is also available to assist with your decision making process to personalize your home.  She can guide you in the selection of finishes and textures on your walls, countertops choices and kitchen options, lighting and plumbing fixtures and all those other decisions which simplifies the process for you.
